Although I'm not a fan - Muse, first single Uno 7" signed by all band members (after being part of the organizing team for one of their concerts) - should be worth a pretty penny these days

This is what comes to mind, but I'll add to this if I think of anything else.

@kerosen hehe, I had one of those signed Uno 7"s too - they played at my local town's carnival just after they signed to whatever major they're on.  Found it in my dad's attic a couple of years ago and sold it on ebay for a fortune!  I also have a friend whose mum taught them music and he has a load of their self-released cds - he sells them for tons of dosh!  Truly god awful band though.

Hmm, collectables (not counting rare CD-R releases, only stuff people seem to be looking for quite a bit and maybe even pay too much for it):

Six Organs of Adminttance & Charalambides - Songs from the Etoptic Garden Vol. 2 (Time-Lag)
Future Sound Of London - Virgin 500 Promo (Virgin)
Yagya - Will I Dream During The Process? (CD, Sending Orbs)...some crazy fucks are asking >2000 euro for this on discogs, I paid ~15
Grouper - Dragging a dead dear up a hill, Way Their Crept (and many others)
Mirror - I paint for love of color
Mirro - Still Valley
Thomas Köner - Zyklop, Unerforschtes Gebiet, La Barca (CD + Vinyl) (and all the reissues on type on the limited editions)
The Hafler Trio - Seven Hours Sleep
Coil - The Unreleased Themes For Hellraiser (on trasparant vinyl, limited to 500)
Oren Ambarchi - Stacte.2 (LP Limited to 150)
Songs: Ohia - Travels in constants Vol 14
Sonic Youth - Нация Мечтателей
Ustad Ali Akbar Khan & Pandit Chatur Lal - Music Of India, morning and evening rãgas (original His Master's Voice LP)
Zerkula János & Fikó Regina - Este A Gyimesbe Jártam: Csángó Folk Music Of Gyimes
Various - Folk Music Of Bulgaria (Collected and Edited by A. L. Lloyd)
Various - Tibetan Folk and Minstrel Music (Lyrichord LP from '61)
Natural Snow Buildings - Laurie Bird (and others)

And that is just what I could come up with now, there is so much more.

I'd say a Beverly Kenney promo 7" from the late 50's... but then I don't think I have a lot of "rare" stuff either.

Hmmm... Rojvi, Arian Sample, Jim Collins, Boots/C.C./Snake & Remus LP's. Don't have the Roundtree record though. Or this one (anyone?)... The Virgin Insanity repress on De Stijl... Magik Markers ~ Danau Blues CDr... Some Melvins stuff... and not so rare, but: all the Bill Orcutt 7ers but not the first one (yet!)

Regret selling my copies of Six Organs ~ For Octavio Paz and the first Comets On Fire record with the hand made cover.

hah! nice to see a morc-release in this list.
this was an edition 80 - it took about two years to sell out, i remember. (those were the days people only bought jewelcased cds)
if all goes well, a reissue of the album is on the way - no idea who's putting it out though.

I grabbed that one forever ago. Thru you or direct from Emil; can't remember. And ya, there's a fair amount of Holy Sons stuff in the works. There was a hard drive fiasco, but all is back on track now...
