@jphone - The Slowdive bootleg is alright.  It's great to hear the tracks on vinyl, but I'm not impressed with the pressing.  Yeah they're demos, but I had a copy of these tracks years ago, and I remember them sounding much better.

15 copies go to the design department and 10 to Taylor at 12k. Hopefully those will at least help to keep the price for people in the US down.

Hi there,

as much as I see everybodies point regarding the price of this reissue, I respect Minority's wish to make this a special edition. With Pallas, Dan uses the best record plant in Europe, the package will be printed to the same standards (specs are metioned in Dan's initial post) and the vinyl remaster for DMM transfer has easily been the most expensive for any of my releases so far. For clarities sake, the artist copies are my payment, deal is that I sell them for the same price.

As much as I like to have my things affordable, I'm looking forward to this set enormously! There are more reissues to come, this one is what it is.

On the other hand, the Fischli und Weiss catalog I'd loved to get is EUR 120.

Collectors woes.
