Yeah they did this one called 'Lichter' if I remember right that was just gorgeous! Most of the early Alien Transistor stuff is totally essential.

Just having a second listen to the Notwist.  Really surprised as I'd only heard their "pop" albums and was never that bothered, but on second listen it's really good.  Quite minimal, droney in parts, all good stuff.

Any of their other soundtrack stuff on wax?

I think if it were a single LP of just the Badalamenti stuff I'd invest.  The jazzy oldies ain't my thing though.

I'm afraid the cd, since it's hand made and very limited, isn't going to be with exported copies. Really sorry about this!! It was more to tie in with the free cds that Richard did with his previous cds on Boomkat...
